On behalf of all members from Austen Alpine Club, I would like to thank you and your colleagues for the prompt action after the collapse of the front entry veranda.  To get the area cleared,  have new materials sourced and then have the veranda completely rebuilt within a week in the middle of the ski season was a fantastic outcome.  It was pleasing that during the construction phase that there were no major interruptions for our visitors.   Austen Ski Club, Mt Hotham
